If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to modify or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

How long does production take?
Every Chronvia product is made to order. Most orders are professionally produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production. International delivery times may vary.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Because every Chronvia product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or personalized items.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How should I wash my Chronvia apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach to help preserve the fabric and printed design.
Can I tumble dry my apparel?
Yes. Tumble dry on low heat. For the best results and longest print life, we recommend air drying whenever possible.
Can I iron printed garments?
Yes, but always turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting. Never iron directly on the printed design.
